I am a native New Yorker who relocated to Hoboken, New Jersey 21 years ago. I have been a real estate professional for the last 14 years and have been the recipient the Circle of Excellence award, 11 years now. Given by the NJ Association of Realtors, this honor is given in recognition of over having achieved $ 3 million dollars or more, per year, of sales and rental volume. In 2008, I also earned the prestigious Distinguished Sales Club award which is bestowed upon Realtor Associates who have earned the Circle of Excellence standing for 10 years.
In 2006 I was named Hudson County Realtor Associate of the Year by the Liberty Board of Realtors. This honor is voted upon by fellow associates and members of the Board to recognize an outstanding individual who is known for their spirit of cooperation in working with the Realtor community and who also gives back to their community. Habitat for Humanity, The Hudson County Community College Scholarship fund, and Hoboken University Medical Center are a few of the recipients for whom I have helped to raise funds.
I have been with Re/Max Villa Realtors for 9 years and have also accomplished various levels of achievement within the corporation...RE/MAX International. My personality is cheerful and upbeat and I am highly respected by my peers, my clients and my customers. I thoroughly enjoy what I do as is evidenced in the way I treat everyone with whom I work.
My goal is to make the moving process as easy and stress-free as possible. My knowledge of the market, Hudson County, and New York City also enables me to give advice on where to go and how to get there. I do whatever I am able to assist people to find homes that fit their needs and will; make them happy. In addition, I help property owners to secure quality tenants who are qualified, ready and able to lease.
The landlords for whom I work are long time repeat customers and most of who deal with me exclusively. I am very thorough with the screening process of tenants. Details are very important and I am very diligent in my follow up when putting transactions together. Tenants come back to me when it is time to move again. My business is good business because I care very much about the people with whom I work. I offer outstanding service, honesty, and integrity.
My goal is to make everyone have a wonderful start down the road to a satisfying Real Estate experience and to feel assured that they will contact me again and again...and also refer me to friends, family and associates.

I met Carolyn Cavallaro in 1996. I had decided to move and was in need of a Realtor to help me rent my condominium. I called a lot of Realtors prior to speaking with Carolyn. She was different. It was a Friday night and she was the only one who came right over to see my apartment. No one else offered to do this. When she arrived at my home, she asked a lot of questions. She wanted to know what my concerns and requirements were, regarding potential tenants. She listened to what I wanted. The tenant that she found was a perfect fit for my apartment.
I was so impressed with the level of service she had provided that I worked with her on the purchase of my next home. I felt comfortable allowing her to negotiate on my behalf. Carolyn follows up on every aspect of the transaction. She makes sure that everyone is in contact with each other. She kept me posted on the progress of the transaction. She made sure every detail was addressed and taken care of.
I have since purchased 2 more properties with her. My parents, friends and business associates have bought and rented property with her as well. They all have had great experiences working with her and feel as strongly about her ability as I do. As soon as I get notice that tenants are moving, Carolyn is my first phone call.

I first met Carolyn Cavallaro in 1997, when I purchased my first home in Hoboken. She came highly recommend through a friend who also had used Carolyn for the purchase of her home.
Carolyn was honest, professional, and very involved with every aspect of my home purchase. She recommended great individuals to assist with, from the attorney, to the home inspector, to the mortgage associate. She stayed on top of the transaction and was always in constant contact with me. My first time buying a home was a fantastic experience.
When I grew out of my first home, I decided that it was time to move up to a larger space. Carolyn helped me in the purchase of my second home in 2003. Once the construction was complete Carolyn got my first home rented. This was a delicate balance as timing is everything when buying and renting at the same time, especially when dealing with new construction.
I moved out of state in 2005 and am very comfortable knowing that I am in good hands should I need help with my Real Estate holdings in Hoboken. Carolyn is a true professional in which I recommend her highly to anyone in need of Real Estate related services. I have been working with Carolyn Cavallaro of Re/Max Villa Realtors, since 1998. I have purchased 2 investment properties with her help and guidance. She has been renting my apartments for me ever since. I moved to Utah in 2000 and Carolyn has been a tremendous asset to me. She has saved me many a flight back East.
The referrals on people who will paint, clean, and address handyman issues in my absence have been truly beneficial. She has gone above and beyond as my eyes and ears in my absence. The tenants who take my apartments are the right tenants, not just people found to pay her a fee. Having someone I trust help me as I am so far away, is priceless as far as I am concerned.
